Fees For Service
For the majority of our services we charge fixed fees which are reviewed annually and adjusted in accordance to the amount of work required (Increased, Maintained or Decreased).
The following information is for guidance only because we will check what work is likely to be involved before finalising our quotes. Quotes provided will vary according to the anticipated work required and could be more or less than the guidance provided below.

We normally collect fees by regular monthly direct debits spread throughout the year which the work is relevant to. These regular payments prevent our clients from receiving larger invoices on an irregular basis at times when they may have other commitments and it enables us to have regular cash-flow to pay our employees who are striving to provide our services to clients. Having said that, there are some clients and occasions where invoicing for the whole job after completion of the work is more convenient so we facilitate this when required.

Monthly Payroll with 3 payslips: £11 + £6 = £17 per month
Weekly Payroll with 3 payslips: £11 + £24 = £35 per month
(The £24 is based on 3 weekly payslips x 4 weeks = 12 payslips)
For Payroll we invoice monthly based on each payroll run as employee and payslip numbers often fluctuate.
